Praying from a heavenly standpoint....

Galatians 6:7-10 - Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

When you see the saints fainting, we know it is due season, blessings are overdue. The devil knows this also so he will try to discourage you, distract you, or give you a lack of confidence so you can't pray. Let's look at I John 5:14-15 this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. When we pray according to God's will, our prayers will be answered.

God wants us to make proclamations (the public or official announcement of an important matter), declarations (a formal or explicit statement or announcement) and decrees (an official order issued by a legal authority) on a regular basis. We have been given the authority to decree and declare a thing and it shall be established. This authority was given to us when Jesus Christ shed His blood on the cross for us. When we are making declarations and decrees it's just a matter of us calling those things that are as if they were Romans 4:17; not asking for things, but calling them into existence.

Most people pray, God don't allow satan to take control of our city. This is begging God not declaring what He wants. Make a declaration; I decree and declare that satan will not take control of our city. When you make a declaration, that settles it. Whether we are strong or fainting in our spirit man, we have to make the declaration from a position of strength, because we are sitting in heavenly places with the Christ Jesus. We have to stand in the gates of our cities and rise up in our spirit man and say enough is enough. We have to speak out what we hear from God.
